Our AFC team is responsible for protecting the bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.

You will work as part of a cross-functional agile operational team. You will bring an innovative approach to software development, focusing on using the latest technologies and practices, as part of a relentless focus on business value. You will be someone who sees engineering as a team activity, with a predisposition to open code, open discussion, and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. You will be ready to contribute to all stages of software delivery, from initial analysis right through to production support. Our goal is to design and develop high-quality automation solutions to solve business problems/challenges via a combination of off-the-shelf and open-source technologies. You'll get the chance to work with experienced engineers across our enterprise with a chance to move across varying automation technologies of the future.

From January 2026 mandatory office attendance - 3 days per week.

You'll work with Functional and Business Analysts and developers on building test cases.

Perform functional, regression, integration and automation testing.

Plan and implement a full set of test automation activities: create, maintain, and execute automated tests.

Test issues and risk management.

Maintain test environments.

Develop and extend in-house testing automation tools and test frameworks.

Participate with development teams in release management and process improvement.

Collaboratively work with Dev/QA engineers within the Feature team (Scrum team), Product Owner and Scrum Master, architects and dev leads to ensure proper quality is achieved for new features and Definition of Done is met, and wider QA group to ensure for knowledge sharing and being align to agreed QA standards and approach.

Being hands-on engineer you will be organizing, executing testing for new features within one of the Scrum teams, including test automation, non-functional testing assessment, collecting test artefacts and metrics.

Must have

Minimum 4 years of experience in a QA Manual role;

Experience in testing back-end APIs;

Knowledge of whitebox/blackbox testing;

Basic automation and scripting skills (at least 1 year hands-on experience);

Ability to create various testing scenarios;

Independence in completing tasks;

Proactiveness.

Nice to have

Ability to interpret a system architecture;

Experience in banking.
