About the Role

At CRH we are deeply passionate about customer connectivity and commercial performance. To better answer our customer needs and drive Solution Selling across CRH companies in Romania and all market segments we're looking for a Business Product Owner CRM to lead CRM project development, roll-out and continuous improvement. This high-impact role will drive the business-side implementation of CRM in CRH Romanian entities, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and delivering measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage CRM development & roll out & adoption across CRH companies in Romania
• Act as Project Manager for the CRM rollout in our local companies
• Define and communicate the CRM product vision aligned with business needs
• Gather and prioritize business requirements and translate them into impactful features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Customer Service)
• Ensure user adoption through training and enablement
• Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, and ROI metrics
• Coordinate with vendors and IT for timely delivery and system stability

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in business or construction industry
• Proven track record in CRM implementation ( SAP CRM, Salesforce, etc.)
• Strong process implementation and project management skills
• Strategic mindset with commercial orientation
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting abilities
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Experience in customer lifecycle management and data-driven decision-making
• Not suitable for IT-only or transformation-only profiles

Ideal Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
• Exposure to international construction or industrial companies
• Comfortable working in a multi-entity, dynamic environment
