The main responsibilities:
Project Management with Design Thinking and Agile practices:
- Designs and coordinates multi-stakeholder projects or programs aimed at improving organisational culture & employee experience
- Works with employee personas, journey maps and other employee experience tools in order to best inform project design
- Breaks down initiatives into manageable tasks, sets timelines, and assigns roles and responsibilities for team members
- Employs and adapts waterfall and agile methodologies according to context
- Oversees the deliverables of cross functional teams
- Regularly updates stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and achievements through meetings, dashboards, and reports
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular retrospectives and using insights to refine projects
- Identifies risks and addresses challenges that arise during project execution
- Supports and motivates project teams, helps them achieve their goals, as well as learn from their journeys
New ways of working and facilitation:
- Designs and facilitates workshops, adapting collaborative methodologies according to context (Agile, Design Thinking, Service Design, Creative Problem Solving etc.)
- Uses collaborative work methods in research, design, implementation and evaluation stages of programs
- Creates journey maps, service blueprints, personas or experience maps that articulate actionable recommendations
- Designs and manages effective workflows for the creation and delivery of valuable employee experience
- Provides coaching or training for project teams in employing new ways of working
Change Management:
- Adapts and pivots in order to accommodate changes in strategy and operations, and ensures change management for project team
- Identifies intersections between various initiatives and creates mechanisms to support synergy
But also:
- Participates in the design and implementation of the department strategy and participates to other departments specific tasks (planning and reviews, communication, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, reporting)
Required:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant position
- Expertise and certification in Agile and waterfall project management
- Expertise and certification in design thinking, collaborative workshop design and facilitation
- Experience in coordination of multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Previous experience with human resources teams or employee oriented programs is a plus
- Enhanced ability to organize and prioritize
- Process oriented, with a collaborative and user-centric working style
- Excellent communication, with deep listening abilities
- Critical thinking and decision-making
- Stakeholder engagement and team coordination
- Continuous learning, flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity
