People Manager for Healthcare products

As a
People Manager
you will be responsible for leading the people in various teams within Healthcare business unit in our Bucharest office:

Flow, Battlefield Healthcare & Bespoke, and you will also have some Project Management responsibilities for one of the Bespoke projects. You will be part of the Healthcare extended management team and the Romanian management team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• People and team management:

keeping people and teams engaged and securing the right competencies, staffing and capability;
- Shared responsibility (together with Project Managers) on the quality, cost and delivery (scope and schedule) of the project;
- Stakeholder management:

securing customer satisfaction and handling other relevant stakeholders to the project (Program Managers and other senior management within the Healthcare BU, other Project Managers, People & Culture Business Partners);
- Ensure process compliance on both people relevant processes as well as software development processes.

What we are looking for:

• BA in a relevant domain (IT, Management or other relevant domain);
• 5 years in a similar role, within software development environments;
• Tools:

Microsoft Office knowledge, Microsoft D365 (management overview), Power BI reporting, other Project Management reporting tools;
- Fluent English skills;
- People person, structured, coordination capabilities, drive, independent, proactive, coaching skills, mentoring skills, tech savvy;
- Travel might be expected to our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark (3-4 weeks per year).
