Responsabilitati:

  • Supervizarea procesului de producție prin ștanțare, asigurând respectarea specificațiilor tehnice și a cerințelor clienților.
  • Colaborare strânsă cu operatorii și tehnicienii pentru identificarea și implementarea îmbunătățirilor de proces.
  • Acționarea ca intermediar între companie și clienți, gestionând problemele și cerințele legate de calitate, inclusiv întocmirea rapoartelor 8D.
  • Investigarea și soluționarea reclamațiilor privind calitatea procesului de ștanțare.
  • Participarea la auditurile clienților și asigurarea remedierii complete a aspectelor identificate.
  • Revizuirea și actualizarea documentației de calitate, inclusiv planuri de control, instrucțiuni standard de lucru, FMEA și PPAP, conform modificărilor de proces.
  • Elaborarea instrucțiunilor de control și predarea acestora echipelor de calitate și producție, însoțite de sesiuni de instruire.
  • Investigarea neconformităților și implementarea acțiunilor preventive și corective.
  • Participarea la auditurile interne (proces, produs și sistem) și sprijinirea pregătirii documentației pentru auditurile clienților și pentru certificările necesare.

Cerințe:

  • Permis auto categoria B (se asigură decontul pentru transport)
  • Cunoștințe de limbă engleză – nivel conversațional
  • Cunoașterea standardelor de calitate aplicabile în industria auto
  • Bune abilități de comunicare cu clienții
