Procurement Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to determine procurement needs and specifications
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange transportation and shipment of goods
• Track and report key procurement metrics to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
