NVIDIA Operations Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager (operational role) to support company's Workstations business by driving the successful execution of global Nvidia MDF program across the globe. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Alliance partner enablement, strategic Execution and Operations - ensuring that company's key alliance initiatives are flawlessly activated across markets.

You will be part of the PS Category Alliances organization, focused on planning strategic partner investments into impactful GTM execution across organisation's global markets. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, operational rigor, and executive presence.

Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end execution of Nvidia-sponsored programs/activities across company's global Commercial business.
• Manage global Marketing Activity Planning cycles, including Market/Global functions meetings aligning timelines, investments, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Act as the connective tissue between Alliance teams, Channel Marketing, Marketing, and Category stakeholders.
• Track, analyze, and report on Nvidia MDF main programs performance, including partner ROI, and sales impact across markets.
• Monitor actual execution driven by company Alliance Marketing Operation team, from activity creation/approval down to claiming and Nvidia payment.
• Drive continuous process improvements across end to end MDF program operation.
• Coordinate market readiness activities, ensuring alignment on content, sales tools, and enablement assets.
• Lead recurring cross-functional check-ins with Sales, Category, and Alliance teams to monitor program health and unblock execution gaps.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across global and market teams to ensure consistent program rollout while leveraging WW central investments/enablement.
• Serve as an escalation point for execution-related challenges across markets.
• Prepare executive-level program readouts, dashboards, and insights for internal and partner stakeholders.

Education and Experience Required:

• University or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or
  Finance
  .
• Partner, industry, sales, channel and/or program management experience.
• Typically 8+ years of professional experience with a combination of Program Management, Category Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing.
• Experienced in cross functional multicultural team leadership, including directing virtual teams.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong program and project management capabilities, including milestone tracking, KPI reporting, and issue resolution.
• Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences as well as external audience (Customers and/or Partners).
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; able to create clear, compelling visualizations and summaries for cross-functional and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with Alliance or co-funded partner program execution across global markets.
• Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across diverse teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills; able to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Success Metrics:

• All MAP reviews performed in last 2 weeks for the quarter.
• All activities pre-entered in company Alliance portal ahead of reviews.
• Pre-alignment of most strategic initiatives with Nvidia teams (no discovery during MAP calls).
• 100% utilization of planned MDF budget each quarter.
• No claiming process escalation.
• 100% reimbursement of all claimed activities.

Note:

• We offer an initial contract of one year through Prohuman with the possibility of extension/conversion. We are looking for someone who can dedicate 8 hours/day (09:00 – 18:00, one hour lunch break, hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days WFH)), from Monday to Friday, communicates efficiently and has experience in multinational environments in order to manage the strategic partnership with NVIDIA (execute, run the operations, solution-oriented).
