Căutăm Product Owner/Partner care să coordoneze dezvoltarea și evoluția unui portal/website CMS pentru avocatură imobiliară, cu implicare pe termen lung și pe mai multe proiecte.

Nu suntem la primul proiect de acest tip; avem deja module și proiecte CMS în derulare, iar rolul are și caracter civic/de interes public.

Ne bazăm pe 20+ ani de avocatură și pe inovație pentru a construi soluții digitale cu impact real — în business și în societate (inclusiv inițiative de îmbunătățire legislativă).

Ce vei face:

Organizare și coordonare sprinturi Agile/Scrum; prioritizare backlog (user stories + AC).

Urmărire progres, eliminare blocaje, validare livrabile

QA de acceptanță (demo, link live/test), hand-off ordonat către producție.

Participare la recrutarea și formarea echipei (dev, QA, design).

Colaborezi direct cu avocații pentru a traduce nevoile juridice în funcționalități digitale.

Colaborezi strâns cu echipa tehnică, cu stakeholderii interni și cu cei externi (client, colaboratori) pentru a clarifica cerințele și feedback-ul.

Cerințe:

Experiență dovedită ca PO/PM în Agile/Scrum (obligatoriu) pe portaluri/CMS (WordPress/Drupal/custom, headless este un plus).

Experiență în proiecte de tip portal web / CMS.

Cunoștințe de tool-uri de management (ex: Jira, Trello).

Abilități bune de comunicare și organizare.

Capacitatea de a defini cerințe clare, de a le traduce în user stories, de a prioritiza backlog-ul și de a lucra cu echipa de dezvoltare.

Comunicare excelentă (mai ales asincron), organizare, atenție la detalii.

Limba română obligatoriu (scris și vorbit).

Model de colaborare & plată

Contractor (PFA/SRL): fixed fee lunar (retainer) + incentive trimestrial pe OKR/KPI de produs & calitate + opțiune de partnership

Colaborare pe sprinturi, plată pe livrabile verificate.

Complementar: micro‑bonus pe sprint pentru livrabile verificate.

Impact real: construiești produsul și echipa

Flexibilitate și colaborare strânsă cu echipa juridica.

Cum aplici:

Păstrăm procesul simplu. Fii autentic și clar — nu sunt necesare CV-uri fancy.
