Descrierea locului de muncă
  •  Implements the LEONI Operating System within the production facility.
  •  Defines equipment parameters and prepares work instructions for new product introductions and changes.
  •  Coaches and trains the Maintenance team, providing support for critical issues and reducing unplanned downtime through Lessons Learned.
  •  Coordinates procurement, installation, commissioning, and administration of production equipment (receiving, release, system booking, tracking).
  •  Defines spare parts stock levels and monitors usage.
  •  Drives improvement initiatives (setup time reduction, process optimization, efficiency, VAVE, and other improvement projects).
  •  Ensures compliance with defined standards for equipment, processes, software, and systems within Plant Engineering.
  •  Identifies opportunities for improvement, provides consulting, and contributes to enhanced service delivery.
