Your mission

Join us as a Claims Handler and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you'll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by managing claims processes and ensuring smooth communication with partners, customers, and authorities.

What will you do?
  • Handle claims activities in connection with external partners and PAID.
  • Prepare various claim reports related to partner activities and PAID.
  • Draft and send communications to customers and authorities.
  • Manage internal and external reporting related to claims.
  • Participate in system testing for improvements and bug fixes.
  • Resolve complaints related to claims.
  • Provide email support for claims inquiries from customers and tied agents.
What will you bring?
  • Academic background.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 1–3 years of experience in non-life claims handling (Property, Liability retail & SME).
  • Experience working with TPAs and internal systems/reporting processes.
  • Strong data operations skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work with data.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of Property and Liability claims policies/operations.
  • Communicates with clarity, empathy, and impact.
  • Thrives in collaborative environments and lifts others up.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes action.

The monthly salary range for the role is between 7,323 and 11,950 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
