About Flutter Studios
Flutter Studios comprises three of Flutter's in-house studios together with Product, Technology and Operations teams with the collective objective to create industry leading casino game content exclusively for Flutter casino brands worldwide.

Role Overview
The Delivery Lead will focus on making cloud enablement delivery happen within an engaged, supported and motivated

team environment. They will provide the transparency (via tooling), facilitation and optimisation of the products delivery machine within an enabling stream to ensure maximum effectiveness of the squads. The role

will optimise the delivery lifecycle to enable regular release of value, bring predictability to change and ensure delivery

balances product, engineering, quality assurance, service operations and architectural goals.

The role will work in close partnership with the Engineering Manager, Quality Assurance, Product Manager, Architect / Principal Engineer and Service Operations to manage transformation and continuous improvement for their value stream or enabling stream and the squads within. The role will also coach the Engineering Manager and Product Owner in the continuous improvement of squads, and contribution of squad members to the delivery process.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • People-Centric Leadership: Foster a healthy, self-organising value stream or enabling stream.
  • Partnership and Planning: Collaborate with Senior Engineering Manager and Lead Product Manager for clear delivery plans, prioritization and data driven decision making
  • Stakeholder Management: Align and engage cross-divisional and cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
  • Support Autonomous Squads: Enable squads to be effective through transparent measurement and action, teaching delivery operations, and maintaining a motivating atmosphere.
  • Champion Efficiency: Remove waste, balance workload, and improve dependency processes.
  • Agile Practices: Lead and teach Agile practices and intelligent tooling, emphasizing social learning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Manage transformation and continuous improvement within the value stream, coaching Engineering Managers and Product Owners.
  • Transparent Delivery: Provide clear delivery plan and health updates to stakeholders
  • Facilitate Learning: Promote a continuous improvement culture and share learnings across Global Platforms Delivery Community.

Experience Required

  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Prior delivery manager / lead experience
  • Has an eye for continuous improvement needs and frameworks to enable improvement
  • Experience in software delivery with a strong understanding of PDLC, SDLC, and the end-to-end delivery process.
  • Ability to engage with and get the best out of people in teams
  • Ability to work through a large set of unknowns and translate them into effective plans
  • Experience of leading teams (or virtual teams) and developing talent
