Our procurement team is growing, and we are now looking for a
Division Director for the Auto Category
who can join our company and contribute to the strategic development of our Auto portfolio.
Main Responsibilities:
•
Defines and proposes the purchasing strategy
for products within the Auto Division, in alignment with the company's development strategy and objectives
•
Monitors and anticipates market trends
in the automotive sector (spare parts, accessories, consumables, aftermarket) and acts accordingly to improve performance and ensure category growth
•
Prospects the market
, including commercial and delivery conditions, in order to enhance key performance indicators (cost, quality, delivery time, availability)
• Makes recommendations for
introducing new subcategories
, brands, or product ranges, or for optimizing existing ones, based on market evolution and customer behavior
•
Negotiates contractual terms with suppliers
— manufacturers, distributors, and aftermarket partners — in line with the company's strategy
•
Defines and proposes pricing and promotional policies
for products within the Auto category, with the objective of meeting customer expectations and increasing loyalty
•
Coordinates the sales and purchasing plan
, ensuring alignment between market demand and supply planning
•
Leads the division team
, fostering trust-based relationships and ensuring excellent collaboration with both external partners and internal stakeholders
