Now we're looking for our
first
Senior Data Analytics Engineer
to lay the foundation of our internal analytics platform on AWS. This role is
pivotal
to our data-driven future — helping us turn raw, messy data into powerful, decision-ready insights.


What you'll do:

  • Design and build
    end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines
    using AWS Glue, SageMaker, and S3
  • Transform raw data into
    clean, reusable, and scalable datasets
    in PostgreSQL & Redshift
  • Set and maintain
    data quality standards
    , including validations and upstream monitoring
  • Document everything — from models to lineage — to
    enable data literacy
    company-wide
  • Champion
    engineering best practices
    : Git, CI/CD, automated testing
  • Evaluate and implement modern
    BI tools
    to enable self-service analytics
  • Work hand-in-hand with DevOps, software engineers & business stakeholders
  • Become the
    go-to expert
    for internal data consumers


What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in
    data engineering
    or
    analytics engineering
  • Deep hands-on experience with AWS: Glue, SageMaker, Redshift, S3, Lambda (bonus: EMR/Kinesis)
  • Advanced SQL skills & data modeling in
    PostgreSQL or equivalent
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    — scripting, automation, data wrangling
  • Proven ability to build and scale
    data warehouses & ETL pipelines
  • Strong grasp of
    data quality
    , validation frameworks, and testing
  • Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or QuickSight
  • Engineering mindset: Git, versioning, reviews, CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong communication skills & ability to
    bridge tech and business
  • Degree in CS, Statistics, Math or similar;
    AWS certifications
    are a plus
