We are looking for:

We are seeking for a Tech Lead DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering & Digital department. You will define, develop, and deploy processes, tools, and infrastructure to support software, systems, and hardware teams in delivering reliable and efficient products.

What you will do:

  • Lead and support project migrations and environment management on Microsoft Azure.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines for reliable, automated software delivery.
  • Manage and support DevOps tools and platforms integrated with Azure, including GitLab, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and related services.
  • Configure and maintain DevSecOps tools such as SonarQube and Coverity within Azure environments.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform to build scalable, reproducible Azure infrastructure.
  • Foster team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement, including pair programming and mentoring.
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to plan, execute, and deliver work efficiently.
  • Support platform operations, incident management, and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) in Azure environments.
  • Provide leadership within the DevOps team, guiding technical decisions, best practices, and process improvements on Azure.

What you must have:

  • Technical study of Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Electronics or similar
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure, particularly in Azure IaaS and KaaS services (mandatory: proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)).
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools such as Gitlab / Gitlab CI, Artifactory, SonarQube, and others.
  • Automation skills and Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform).
  • Containerization skills (Docker).
  • Scripting skills (Python, Bash).
  • Working experience in teams using Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum).
  • Communication skills and a genuine sense of service.
  • Teamwork and collaboration mentality.
  • Leadership experience in DevOps teams.
  • Experience with support activities – tickets, incidents, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
