What you'll do:

• Grow and manage our community of tech consultants (mainly on WhatsApp and LinkedIn);
• Post new job opportunities and updates to keep the community active and engaged;
• Identify and reach out to potential candidates that fit our clients' roles;
• Help match candidates with suitable opportunities;
• Communicate with clients to share profiles, get feedback, and provide updates;
• Keep candidate and client information organized in our internal systems;
• Work closely with our internal team to coordinate sourcing and community activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (spoken and written);
• Logical thinking and a structured, organized mindset;
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools;
• Curious about technology and people;
• Interest in AI tools (like ChatGPT): a plus if you already use them;
• A people person: you enjoy conversations, connecting dots, and helping others;
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn fast.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or community management (even an internship or volunteer experience);
• Basic understanding of the tech industry or curiosity to learn more about it.
