Job Summary:

The Operations Planning & Administration Assistant will be part of a team of six administrative and operational support professionals and will work under the guidance of a designated Team Lead. The Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Product & Service Delivery (PSD) team within the Well Construction division. This role ensures project data accuracy, supports job scheduling, resource coordination, and assists in documentation and reporting to enable efficient service delivery operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support project creation, job data entry, and updates in systems such as SAP, FDP, FLM, and other internal trackers.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers and reports with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Assist in tracking job start and end dates using planning systems to coordinate mobilization and de-mobilization.
  • Assign operators to jobs in alignment with competency and development plans.
  • Create and manage Direct Sales Orders and related documentation.
  • Support chemical and resource management, including inventory updates and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate filing and communication of job-related notifications to all stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (discipline flexible).
  • Good English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn internal systems (SAP, FDP, FLM).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Willingness to learn and commit to a long-term administrative role within service delivery.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous administrative experience (Oil & Gas industry experience is not mandatory).
  • Experience with data entry, reporting, or planning systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability in delivering high-quality administrative support.
