aEURcVery good analytical and strategic thinking skills and judgment, along with the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured and concise manner

aEURcAble to easily integrate in teams, with strong communication and cooperation skills

aEURcWilling to communicate with new or existing clients and Entrepreneurial thinking

aEURcSpecialised technical training for 2 weeks : Client Profile, Sales and Negotiation Skills, Financial Analysis, Loans and Banking Services, E-Channels, Portfolio Maintenance and Growth

aEURcIn-depth Financial training in Credit Risk Department for 2 weeks

aEURcInternational training in Belgrad for 2 weeks : Our Business Model and Strategy, Our Culture and Values

aEURcPractical on-the-job training with experienced specialists and with dedicated mentor

In ProCredit Bank you will be able to ..

aEURcMonitor the development of the existing Business Clients portfolio, providing excellent customer care to Companies

aEURcUnderstand and analyze the existing or potential clients - financial and business model - in order to identify the most suitable offer and to negotiate it

aEURcAcquire new Business Clients, providing them assistance in setting-up a long-term relationship with the Bank
