We are hiring a strategic and execution-oriented
VP of Client Success
to lead delivery operations and elevate our execution as we scale. This role will drive operational rigor across our engineering and delivery functions, optimize resource management, and build a strong foundation for growth.
As
VP of Client Success,
you will oversee the day-to-day performance of our delivery teams, ensure we deliver on client promises, and help expand existing accounts in collaboration with the CEO and account leads. You'll also contribute to broader organizational strategy and leadership planning.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who blends technical fluency with operational discipline and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
Requirements
Delivery Execution & Operational Oversight
- Own end-to-end delivery execution across all projects and accounts.
- Ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery frameworks, tools, and resourcing.
- Monitor project health and proactively resolve delivery risks or constraints.
- Establish clear operating rhythms and reporting structures to ensure effective oversight.
Client Success & Account Growth
- Partner with account leads to expand and grow revenue within existing clients.
- Identify delivery-led expansion opportunities through performance and trust
- Act as an executive sponsor on key accounts when needed.
- Collaborate with sales to qualify delivery readiness for new opportunities.
People Leadership & Capability Development
- Lead a team of Team Leads and Delivery Leaders.
- Champion talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
- Ensure teams have the support, structure, and clarity needed to excel.
- Drive performance management and promote a culture of accountability.
Resource & Capacity Management
- Oversee staffing plans, utilization, and bench management.
- Forecast delivery capacity needs in alignment with pipeline and growth targets.
- Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience.
Contribution to Organizational Strategy
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on company planning and goal setting.
- Provide input on organizational structure, operating models, and culture initiatives.
- Act as a thought partner in evolving Tecknoworks into a scalable, efficient operation.
Key Qualifications
- Experience as a Delivery Manager, Account Manager, or equivalent senior operational leader in a consulting, services, or engineering-driven business.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and scale operational execution.
- Strong background in engineering, delivery leadership, or project management.
- Proven success in improving margin, delivery quality, and client growth.
- Skilled at building team culture, driving accountability, and developing leaders.
- Exceptional communication, client-facing presence, and organizational thinking.
