Job Description

• Lead QA planning, execution, and strategy for the entire Bosch Identity Management platform.
• Lead test strategy and test coverage reviews in agile and DevOps environments.
• Mentor and guide a team of automation testers.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality software through structured and automated testing.
• Design automation frameworks, enforce QA best practices, and optimize testing tools.
• Critical review of existing test suites, test approach, test data and respective improvements and optimization.
• Implement robust test approaches to validate data throughout the test life cycle.
• Report metrics, analyze risks, and drive continuous QA improvements.
• Act as a liaison between QA, development, and product stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT security regulations.
• Ensure information security, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or related field.
• English B2/C1 proficiency (fluent).
• 7+ years of experience in QA, with 2+ years in a lead/management role.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or equivalent.
• Strong experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework, TestNG, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of system-level testing, requirements-based testing, and test coverage analysis.
• Strong experience testing REST APIs, cloud platforms, or distributed architectures.
• Leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Familiarity Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS).
• Effective time management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges, and thrive on success.
• Readiness to travel internationally (EU).
• Preferred Certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced, Agile Tester).
