We are currently seeking an Manager to join our Corporate Tax and Mandamp;A Team in Bucharest.
Job summaryandnbsp;- As an Associate Manager/ Manager in KPMG you will advise our clients on their corporate and international tax challenges and you will analyze the business impact driven by the tax matters. You will be mentoring the juniors and seniors in the team and you will guide their development on both personal and professional areas.
What will you do-
- As a Manager, you will be part of a team of tax professionals working in an agile technology-driven environment and you will advise many multinational clients on corporate and international direct tax matters.
- You will work on challenging projects, our involvement ranging from setting up the companies up to restructuring the business to fit the current needs. Plus everything in between.
- You will receive continuous feedback from the people you work with, professional coaching and mentoring with any of the leaders in the firm.
- You will act as performance manager for the junior and senior people in the team and you will help them grow on the personal and professional level.
- You will be able to attend many soft skills development programs and you will receive support in building a personal development plan and in following it.
What are we looking for-
- A purpose driven person, taking pride in what they do and acting with integrity.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian corporate tax and international tax matters and general knowledge of other tax areas and/or accounting.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in work involving tax and is passionate about client service.
- Is problem-solving oriented, curious and has excellent communication skills.
- Has very good knowledge of English (writing, speaking and listening);
- Is a team player and takes ownership of own actions;
- Is curious, problem-solving oriented and has very good communication skills;
- Is flexible, open to change, proactive and has a lifelong learning mindset;
- Has a business-oriented attitude and is able to think outside the box.
