Maintenance Technician

Together with the team, realizes optimally functioning production and processing machines and (business) equipment. Also assists external parties when they perform work on our machines.
Characterization of the activities:
Can be used for all maintenance work on the machinery and installations. Works according to standard working methods.

•    Performs both corrective and preventive maintenance work on production and processing machines and identifies and remedies (or supports) malfunctions and malfunctions;

•    Supports in the maintenance of buildings, installations and grounds;

•    Most of your work is standard maintenance work, such as repetitive failures that occur more often or are described in maintenance programs;

•    Inspecting and testing machines to diagnose problems. 

•    Dismantling machines and repairing or replacing defective parts.

•    Lubricating and cleaning machinery.

•    Ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

•    Assembling and disassembling mechanical components for repair or upgrades.

•    Providing data analysis or other support for engineers.

•    Documents work done and subsequent actions in the maintenance system;

•    is responsible for keeping the warehouse/TD up-to-date;

•    advises production staff on the way of working with machines.

• Mechanical Skills: Expertise in maintaining and repairing production machinery.
• Electrical Troubleshooting: Proficient in diagnosing and fixing electrical systems.
• Welding Techniques: Knowledge of welding processes for equipment repairs.
• Being able to work systematically, adequately, carefully and safely;
• Knowledge of mainly hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics,
• Works from information that is available;
• Technical insight (MBO level).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance or a related field
