Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled
Compliance Risk Analyst
to focus on Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes. You'll assess medium and high-risk player profiles, analyze transactional behavior, and review documentation to support our risk-based approach to compliance. This role helps maintain the integrity of our operations by identifying potential fraud, AML concerns, or responsible gambling risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth CDD and EDD reviews for new and existing customer profiles
  • Assess source of funds/wealth documentation and analyze transaction patterns
  • Conduct PEP, sanctions, and adverse media checks using the SumSub platform
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation of due diligence findings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Fraud, Risk, Support) for cross-functional investigations
  • Contribute to internal policy improvements and support audits and internal reviews

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–3 years in AML, CDD, or financial compliance, ideally in online gaming or banking
  • Strong knowledge of EDD processes and experience with financial document analysis
  • Familiarity with SumSub and risk screening tools (PEP/sanctions/adverse media) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Fluency in Romanian and English

Location
: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid: Monday–Friday, 8-hour workdays)
