What You'll Do


• Answer incoming calls from existing customers — no cold calling


• Register orders and coordinate service delivery using our in-house tools


• Help passengers and drivers stay on track, on time, and stress-free

Flexible Shifts Available:


• Morning Shift:
07:00–16:00


• Day Shift:
13:00–22:00


• Student Shift:
16:00–01:00


• Evening Shift:
17:00–02:00


• Night Shift:
22:00–07:00

What We're Looking For


• English level:
Upper-Intermediate to Fluent


• Bonus if you speak
Spanish, Russian, Georgian, Chinese, or Korean


• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally


• Punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable


• Comfortable using computers and learning new tools
