Imaginează-ți că ești antrenorul din culise al unei echipe de top. In calitate de Commercial Training Coordinator, tu ești cel care construiește planul, organizează sesiunile și îi ajută pe colegii din vânzări să fie mereu pregătiți de joc. Misiunea ta? Să transformi potențialul lor în performanță.
Coordonezi și implementezi programele de training pentru echipele de vânzări, conform planului anual de dezvoltare.
De asemenea, coordonezi echipa de People Growth Partners care te susțin în crearea echipelor la nivel local și creșterea performanței acestora.
Cum arată rolul tău?
- Colaborezi cu managerii de vânzări și echipa de HR pentru a identifica nevoile de instruire.
- Gestionezi logistica pentru sesiunile de training (calendar, participanți, materiale, follow-up).
- Supraveghezi și susții programele de onboarding pentru noii angajați din zona de vânzări.
- Te asiguri că materialele de training sunt mereu actualizate și adaptate la strategia de business.
- Monitorizezi și raportezi impactul trainingurilor (feedback, rezultate, recomandări).
- Livrezi training pentru echipele din București și orașele adiacente.
- Asiguri necesarul de resursă umană pentru echipele de vânzări prin implementarea proceselor de recrutare end-to-end.
- Coordonezi echipa de People Growth Partners, care sunt responsabili pentru recrutarea și trainingului echipelor de vânzări din teren.
Dacă ești tu, probabil:
- Experiență de 5+ ani în training, learning & development sau coordonare de echipe de vânzări.
- Înțelegere bună a proceselor de vânzări în retail, B2C.
- Abilități excelente de comunicare, organizare și prezentare.
- Capacitatea de a lucra cu mai multe echipe și de a gestiona proiecte simultan.
- Engleză – nivel avansat; cunoștințe MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) solide.
- Atitudine proactivă și orientare către soluții.
- Bune competențe de coordonare.
