An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Data Analyst
to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in
Pantelimon, Ilfov.
Reporting to Head of Business Controlling, you will support both master data management and business intelligence reporting. The role provides a balanced exposure to master data management and business intelligence and a good opportunity to gain hands-on experience with ERP data and develop competences with Power BI and data analytics, in a collaborative environment with exposure to multiple business functions.

This Is What You Will Do
Master data

• Own all Master Data management by monitoring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting, identifying variances, and driving resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders;
• Develop, implement and maintain workflows and necessary tools to manage Vendor, Customer and SKU MD in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012) as well as other connected data platforms used for EDI integrations (such as Expert Supplier, Web Methods);
• Develop, implement and maintain workflows and necessary tools to manage price/cost conditions as well as formulas/bill of materials. Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders and departments to ensure timely accurate input;
• Collaborate with global MDM to align master data definitions, standards, and hierarchies;
• Develop and maintain MD reports to be used by other departments and stakeholders;
• Drive improvements in how we organize and classify data;
• Identify, address and solve non-standard master data topics;
• Administrate users roles and authorizations requests in ERP through ticket to Service Desk. Collaborates with Global team for the regular revision of users roles and authorities.

Data Analysis

• Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards. The role focuses on integrating data from diverse sources—primarily ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX—to improve data availability and accessibility across departments and stakeholders;
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI;
• Ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs;
• Train and assist end-users in navigating dashboards and reports;
• Work under the guidance of a experienced Power BI specialist during the initial months to build technical and analytical expertise.

This Is What You Need To Succeed

• University degree, preferably in a technical field
• Ideally 1-3 years in a role with Master Data responsibilities
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX and understanding of master data management concepts (data quality, governance, integrity)
• Basic to intermediate experience with Power BI
• Fluency in Romanian and English

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
