We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of photovoltaic projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will oversee planning, coordination and execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while adhering to budgets and quality standards. This position is vital in driving the company's growth and success in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Plan, organize and manage PV projects, including construction, commissioning and final handover;
  • Create detailed project plans covering resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring progress aligns with goals;
  • Update and maintain Gantt charts to monitor and track project milestones, addressing any discrepancies proactively.

Team Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with sales, design and execution teams to ensure seamless project workflows;
  • Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to guarantee the availability and timely delivery of materials;
  • Represent the project team in client and supplier meetings to resolve technical and business-related issues.

Risk Management and Reporting:

  • Oversee project progress and provide regular status updates to executives and stakeholders;
  • Identify, evaluate and address risks, ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented to minimize impact;
  • Supervise site activities and maintain close communication with field supervisors and project staff to uphold standards and timelines.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales teams with project proposals, including cost estimations and presentations;
  • Network within the industry to strengthen relationships with existing clients and explore new business opportunities;
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and provide feedback to improve team and process performance.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred);
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in renewable energy or construction, with at least 3 years in project management roles;
  • Proven track record in managing PV system projects from design to commissioning;

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, Helios 3D, or equivalent for project design;
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Wizrom and knowledge of project management best practices;
  • Familiarity with PV system design, construction, and commissioning processes.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities;
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Tools and Resources:

  • High-end Apple workstation and company phone with unlimited global connectivity;
  • Access to design and management software, including AutoCAD, Helios 3D and project management tools;
  • Platforms for collaboration and communication, such as Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
