What You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian
; conversational level of English is a plus. - Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed when customers are stressed or upset
- Customer orientation and adaptability to various personalities
- Previous experience in customer support
- Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends (2 per month):
09:00-17:00
13:00-21:00
17:00-01:00
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our valued customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent support
- Resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the problem, explaining the best solution, and ensuring resolution
- Understand and assess customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction
- Process account cancellations or upgrades seamlessly
- Engage with customers through multiple channels: email, chat, and phone calls
- Acknowledge and address customer complaints with care and efficiency
- Process forms, applications, and requests with precision
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with your colleagues
- Work closely with the customer service manager to continuously improve our service quality
- Provide valuable feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process
- Ensure ultimate customer satisfaction through exceptional support and professionalism
