Job Description
  • Develop and execute transition plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all transition-related activities and communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with transition goals.
  • Conduct due diligence and knowledge transfer sessions with the client or outgoing provider.
  • Identify transition risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Track progress against project timelines, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation of processes, workflows, and responsibilities during the transition phase.
  • Work with delivery teams to ensure readiness and handover at the end of the transition.
  • Proven track record of the own work and that of others where required, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work to meet tight deadlines;
  • Work independently and showing persistence, while fostering good working relationships across teams, as well as contributing to the SMO team environment;
  • Assist in the assessment of project needs and requirements during the pre-sales phase, support (pre)sales team in the presentation of the Transition plan to prospects;
  • Perform stakeholder management, taking the lead to present key results and facilitate meetings;
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of Seniority within the Company; (for internal applicants);
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in transition/project management, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment. (for external applicants);
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
  • Good English proficiency is a must;
  • Performance monitoring and KPI tracking experience;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Good time management and organizational skills;
  • Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, MS Project, etc.
  • Ability to interpret and work with complex data sets and reports;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities;
  • Experience in resource planning and workload balancing;
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy;
  • Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration;
  • Proactive mindset with ownership attitude;
  • Customer-centric approach.
