Suntem o companie de e-commerce care dezvoltă și gestionează mai multe branduri din diverse categorii și nișe, de la beauty și lifestyle până la produse fashion și home. Avem deja branduri validate și profitabile, care cresc constant, iar acum vrem să facem pasul următor: să le ducem la un nivel superior printr-o abordare de creștere susținută și inteligentă.

Echipa noastră este formată din oameni cu experiență și rezultate dovedite, dar vrem să aducem alături de noi un Brand Growth Manager care să își asume creșterea unor branduri cheie din portofoliu.

Ce vei face

  • Vei fi responsabil de creșterea vânzărilor și profitabilității pentru 1–3 branduri din portofoliu.
  • Vei construi și implementa inițiative de acquisition & retention (ads, UGC, influenceri, email/SMS marketing, programe de loializare).
  • Vei coordona și vei colabora cu parteneri interni și externi (agenție ads, influenceri, freelanceri) pentru a livra rezultate măsurabile.
  • Vei analiza constant competiția, feedback-ul clienților și trendurile de piață, venind cu propuneri de îmbunătățire a produselor, ambalajelor și experienței de cumpărare.
  • Vei contribui la planificarea stocurilor și a campaniilor sezoniere, astfel încât brandurile să rămână atractive și competitive.
  • Pe scurt: vei acționa ca un "mini-CEO" pentru brandurile tale, având libertate și responsabilitate în decizii.

Ce căutăm la tine

  • Ai 3–7 ani experiență în e-commerce sau marketing digital, ideal în companii care au crescut rapid de la mic la mediu.
  • Ai înțeles profund consumatorul român: ce îl motivează să cumpere, ce îl face să revină și cum reacționează la diferite tipuri de campanii.
  • Ai demonstrat că poți obține rezultate notabile cu resurse limitate – ești creativ(ă), găsești soluții prin parteneriate, barter și know-how, nu doar prin bugete mari.
  • Știi să lucrezi cu instrumente de analiză și marketing (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Shopify, Klaviyo/Omnisend sau similare).
  • Ai o rețea locală (creatori de conținut, freelanceri, parteneri) pe care o poți mobiliza rapid pentru a obține rezultate.
  • Ești hands-on, antreprenorial(ă), orientat(ă) spre impact și performanță, nu doar spre "taskuri".
