Store Manager and Management
team, delivering support
across all HR activities

• Experience
  in managing complex HR activities (experience in retail industry would be an asset).
• Solid
  practical knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
  and HR best practices.
• Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills
  and an interest in developing
  commercial awareness.
• Excellent
  organisation skills
  , with the ability to prioritise effectively and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Strong
  communication skills
  (written and verbal), and proficiency in English at a communicative level.
