Overview:
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Studio Manager. This critical position oversees the daily operations of our creative studio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding organisational skills, effective leadership, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and productivity. 

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage daily operations within assigned areas, ensuring seamless performance while providing guidance and support to team leaders.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance operational efficiency and processes.
  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Plan and oversee projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and successful execution.
  • Uphold high-quality standards across teams, processes, and projects to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Track and evaluate team performance through key metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts toward achieving business goals.
  • Promote a culture of efficiency, compliance, and adaptability, ensuring all operations align with the company's objectives.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent English proficiency (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Experience in iGaming or Casino industry (must-have).
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, though a combination of education, training, and relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in leadership or management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
