Odoo ERP
,
Microsoft 365
and
Teambook Project Resource Planning
, coordinating with external vendors, partnering with internal teams across Finance, HR, Delivery and Sales, and contributing to cross-functional projects that shape how we work as an organization.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Support - Run the Business

• Act as primary admin for
  Odoo ERP
  (users/roles, modules, data quality, basic configurations) and
  Teambook
  (resource planning, permissions, integrations).
• Administer
  Microsoft 365
  (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, security groups, Data Loss Prevention basics) and coordinate with Azure AD/Intune administrators where needed.
• Coordinate Level 2 / Level 3 support with external partners (Odoo support in Romania, Microsoft 365 in Romania, Teambook in France); maintain a clean ticket backlog, SLAs and knowledge base.
• Execute routine maintenance and ensure security, compliance and availability standards.
• Maintain integration points (e.g., Odoo Microsoft 365, Odoo Teambook, basic Power Automate flows).

Projects, Enablement & AI - Change the Business

• Lead and manage platform enhancements and rollouts (new Odoo modules, Teams/SharePoint structures, Teambook features) from requirements to go-live and hypercare.
• Drive change management through user training, documentation, release notes and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and co-deliver automation opportunities (Power Automate/Power Apps, Odoo Studio) and promote responsible Copilot / AI use cases.
• Contribute to data governance (access models, retention basics) and help standardize processes across regions.
• Track and report platform KPIs (uptime, SLA adherence, adoption, user satisfaction).

Skills and Attributes for Success - Competencies

• 5–7+ years in platform administration or business systems (Odoo, Teambook or similar Project Service Automation (PSA) Tools.
• Solid Microsoft 365 admin experience (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive) with familiarity with Azure AD / Intune.
• Hands-on Odoo experience in user/role management, module configuration, data import/export and functional troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps) and interest in AI/Copilot rollout.
• Experience coordinating external vendors and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Practical project management skills (risk assertions & evaluations, requirements, timelines, testing, cutover, documentation).
• Strong transcultural competence and experience collaborating across regions to build shared practices and align ways of working globally.
• Clear and structured change management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or French) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic scripting (PowerShell/Python)
• Odoo Studio experience
• Microsoft 365 security/DLP exposure
• PSA/ERP experience in consulting businesses
