The Opportunity

The Business Analyst acts as the liaison between customers and delivery teams, shaping and maintaining end-to-end business and IT requirements, ensuring clear, documented use cases and specifications, and coordinating delivery and stakeholder communication.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

Support customers and users in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements, provide specifications and keep these updated. Ensure integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the different applications and services. Design and refine the end-to-end solution across application landscape and document business and IT requirements. Verify requests with Product Owners to be aligned with the product evolution strategy. Gather development cost estimates during project initiation. Be the first contact person for Product Owners during the demand and delivery process. Manage project assignments and coordinate technical alignments within own and across other squads. Write business specifications to support development team in delivering the expected value Maintain an up-to-date product documentation. Support DevOps team in problem analysis Ensure proper communication on detailed requirements & use-cases to the relevant stakeholders (especially towards delivery teams).

4+ years experience in IT Business Analysis, requirement engineering or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with both business and technical teams Proficiency in process mapping (e.g., BPMN), modelling (e.g. UML), and requirements gathering Excellent communication and presentation skills  Practical knowledge in documenting complex systems for users and clients Excellent in written and spoken English Experience in fraud detection or payments domain (optional but beneficial). Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
