We're looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us with:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in economics, business or a related field.
• Previous maximum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a management consulting/corporate finance position or in an internal advisory role (energy companies but not limited to) is a plus.
• Understanding economic, financial and general business concepts and terminology.
• Ambition to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented team with a steep learning curve and strong commitment to coaching and development.
• Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility and ability to approach various tasks.
• Ability to work both autonomously, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to communicate complex idea effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Romanian.

What will you do:

In this role you will work in teams of 2-5 consultants, within our Energy and Sustainability management consulting team, playing an active role in all aspects of a client engagement. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations.

Our Energy and Sustainability management consulting team has provided professional services in relation to all the major energy sector milestones over the past 20 years. You will be able to participate in projects developed for large international energy companies, but not limited to this industry, such as: large M&A projects, including renewable energy generation projects, assessment of investment opportunities financing assistance, feasibility studies, market models, market assessment, large investment projects impact assessment, regulatory design and assistance, competition and dispute advisory, strategy development, energy regulatory due diligence, etc.
