Pixel Bowl is a Quality Assurance Studio devoted to help Creators build and launch immersive and engaging video games using our extensive experience in Mobile, PC, Console and VR development.

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative 
Business Developer
, with a background in the
gaming industry
, to drive to grow our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identify and engage potential gaming clients (developers, publishers) across platforms (mobile, PC, console, VR).

  • Tailored Sales Outreach - Present QA offerings, including Functional QA, Certification, Compatibility, Localization, UX support, and Live-Ops services—highlighting Pixel Bowl's Agile methodology, hardware resources, and localization expertise.
  • Client Relationship & Delivery Coordination - Serve as the main point of contact; collaborate with Pixel Bowl's delivery, QA, and project teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy - Track QA trends in gaming, competitive offerings, and new industry opportunities. Provide feedback to refine services and market positioning.
  • Reporting & CRM Management - Update CRM, track pipeline, forecast sales, and report on activities and outcomes regularly.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated B2B sales experience in the gaming sector, especially in QA, co-development, or outsourced services.
  • Solid understanding of game development cycles and QA processes across platforms.
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills for remote environments.
  • Highly self-motivated and effective working autonomously.
  • Flexibility to attend occasional gaming industry events or client meetings (as needed).
  • Experience in QA certification (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo) or localization services.
  • Knowledge of scalability in QA delivery models and Agile QA integration.
  • Existing gaming industry network—studios, publishers, or platforms.
