Referent achiziții (Buyer Specialist)

Cautăm Referent achiziții (Buyer Specialist), pentru clientul nostru, lider național în domeniul soluțiilor și echipamentelor electrice pentru sistemele de automatizări industriale, acţionări electrice şi sisteme de iluminat.

Locație: Cluj-Napoca, Tetarom - Taietura Turcului.

Program de muncă/pauză de masă: 8h/1h, de luni până vineri (start flexibil între 07:00-09:00).

Responsabilități principale:

  • Înregistrarea, analiza și negocierea ofertelor de la furnizori;
  • Emiterea comenzilor către furnizori;
  • Urmărirea termenelor convenite cu furnizorii;
  • Verificarea și înregistrarea facturilor primite de la furnizori;
  • Urmărirea și gestionarea stocurilor de produse;
  • Menținerea comunicării constante și eficiente cu furnizorii actuali;
  • Contact permanent scris și telefonic cu furnizorii pentru clarificări și rezolvarea problemelor apărute;

Cerințe candidat:

  • Studii superioare în domeniul inginerie (studii tehnice);
  • Experiență pe un post similar de 1-2 ani;
  • Abilitati de negociere cu furnizorii;
  • Abilități de analiză, sinteză și interpretare a informațiilor;
  • Abilitati de analiza si evaluare a furnizorilor;
  • Spirit de echipa, proactivitate, adaptabilitate;
  • Cunoștințe bune de utilizare MS Office;
  • Cunoștințe bune de limba engleză (scris, vorbit);
  • Cunoasterea ERP Navision constituie avantaj.
