We're looking for an
experienced .NET Developer
to join an Agile team of Analysts, Developers, and DevOps Engineers delivering end-to-end solutions for internal business applications. You'll work in a dynamic environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement .NET applications with clean, maintainable code.
  • Collaborate closely with Analysts, Testers, Product Owners, and Infrastructure/Security teams.
  • Conduct code reviews and pair programming sessions to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Perform unit and integration testing to meet technical and functional specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and provide 3rd line support for production incidents.
  • Contribute ideas for improving existing systems, features, and processes.
  • Apply Agile principles in day-to-day work and maintain an open, solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 7–10 years of proven experience as a .NET Developer.
  • Strong understanding of clean code, refactoring, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
  • Proficient with .NET Framework / .NET Core, SQL Server, and IIS.
  • Experience in web development (ASP.NET Core, Web Components).
  • Familiarity with unit testing and security best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of Docker, containers, or large database optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of banking processes and products.
