As an Advanced Analyst, you will play a key role in driving in-game data analysis to deliver actionable insights that support both the strategic direction and technical development of the FC Premium product.

You'll be a core member of the Game Development Analytics team, partnering closely with product, quality verification, and engineering teams to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the game development lifecycle. Your analyses will span descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive dimensions, all focused on improving game quality, player engagement, and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for an experienced, solution-oriented analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment — combining technical depth with a strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will leverage your analytical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen to lead initiatives that elevate analytics adoption and impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead in-depth analyses of in-game data and player behavior throughout the production cycle, delivering insights that influence product and feature decisions.

  • Consolidate and interpret data from multiple sources, designing robust analytical frameworks and scalable solutions that support strategic objectives.

  • Define, monitor, and evolve core KPIs and success metrics for new and existing features to measure performance and player impact.

  • Act as a trusted analytical partner to cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Verification, Development, Production), providing high-value insights beyond standard reporting.

  • Optimize and scale data pipelines, queries, and dashboards to ensure efficiency, consistency, and accessibility of analytics assets.

  • Communicate analytical findings through clear narratives and visualizations, adapting the message for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Apply advanced statistical and modeling techniques to validate hypotheses and guide data-driven experimentation.

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and real-time reporting systems, ensuring accuracy, usability, and comprehensive documentation.

  • Collaborate with data engineering to enhance data quality, structure, and governance for long-term analytical excellence.

  • Mentor junior analysts, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices in data analysis and storytelling.

  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in analytical processes, driving a culture of evidence-based decision-making

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering).
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within gaming, digital products, or tech.
  • Proven ability to influence peers and cross-functional stakeholders to align on analytical goals and ensure insights are actionable.
  • Sound analytical judgment, able to select and apply appropriate methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain high-quality results.
  • Demonstrated capability to proactively propose new analyses, KPIs, and frameworks that optimize game delivery and operational performance.
  • Skilled at structuring and clarifying ambiguous business problems, transforming them into actionable analytical questions and measurable deliverables.
  • Advanced proficiency in database querying and data manipulation (joins, unions, data transformations) to handle complex, large-scale datasets.
  • Strong ability to design scalable analytical solutions, define project deliverables, and set clear timelines and milestones for delivery.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to convey complex insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Passion for games, player experience, and driving meaningful impact through data skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead analytical initiatives with high business impact.
