We're looking for early-career talent to join us as LIVE Strategy & Operations Managers or Agency Operations Managers, shaping the future of live-streaming across Romania.

Requirements:

• Under 3 years of full-time work experience (internships excluded).

• Passionate about digital content, live stream, creators, and community-driven platforms.

TikTok LIVE EU Operation aims to inspire interactive creation and drive live business growth in EU. We have team members with diverse backgrounds and different talents, including creator management, data analysis, event planning, content strategy, and compliance management.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse creator cohort or agency behavior and performance, and use operational and product methods to improve live streaming performance data.

• Level up live streaming content quality by implementing streamer education programs and daily communication. Daily communication may include webinars, voice notes, text, and videos, so candidates should be comfortable appearing on camera as part of their role.

• Plan and implement online and offline events to drive streamers' revenue growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and up to three years of work experience

• Able to speak and write fluently in Romanian & English

• Quick learner, self-driven, fast executor;

• Results-oriented and capable of delivering with high work capacity;

• Clear logic, enjoys analyzing the essence of things, and excels at systematically solving problems;

• Good team communication, data analysis, structured presentation skills, and project promotion capabilities;

• Proficient in English as a working language, enabling effective communication with local EU creators and agencies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant internship experience in internet product positions;

• Proficiency in other languages is preferred, though not required, to facilitate smooth communication with local EU creators and agencies.
