To support our growing presence in Central Europe, we are looking for a
Business Controller
to join our team in Romania. The role is based in one of our sites in Dragomirești, Ștefăneștii de Jos or Bucharest.

What does your day look like:

• Business controlling with a focus on supporting the performance of logistics centers
• Executing financial processes and reports within agreed deadlines and required standards (e.g., month-end closing, forecasting results for individual locations)
• Managing cost accounting for joint projects
• Supporting customer invoicing in line with contractual agreements
• Actively contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring their implementation
• Collaborating with operational controlling and accounting departments
• Preparing data, presentations, and analyses
• Initiating, developing, and implementing cost optimization systems
• Proactively identifying and managing business risks
• Participating in the development of solutions and IT tools to improve controlling processes

What do you need to be successful
:

• Experience in a similar position and understanding of financial analysis and budgeting
• Higher education in a related field
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Fluent Romanian and proficiency in English at B2 level
• Knowledge of MS Power BI is an advantage
• High communication skills and analytical thinking
