Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Representative at Mike's Notion, located in Singapore. The Representative will be responsible for assisting clients in setting up and managing their personalized Notion workspaces. Day-to-day tasks include client consultations, workflow customization, troubleshooting issues, providing ongoing support and training, and ensuring clients are maximizing the platform's potential to enhance their productivity.

Qualifications

  • Client Support, Customer Service, and Troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of project management and workflow optimization
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and guide clients in using Notion
  • Experience in content creation or freelancing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Notion or similar platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively and on-site in Singapore
