Un jucator international din domeniul vehiculelor industriale autonome si al solutiilor de automatizare logistica isi extinde echipa tehnica in Romania, printr-un proiect de nearshoring strategic in zona de inginerie embedded.

Echipa locala colaboreaza direct cu centrul R&D din Germania si contribuie la dezvoltarea de sisteme software-hardware pentru vehicule autonome (stivuitoare electrice, AGV-uri etc.).

In aceasta etapa, cautam un System Developer / System Engineer care sa defineasca arhitectura tehnica si cerintele sistemelor dezvoltate, folosind principii MBSE si metodologii moderne.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei colecta, analiza si gestiona cerintele tehnice pentru sisteme complexe software-hardware
  • Vei defini si documenta arhitectura de sistem, in colaborare cu echipele de development si testare
  • Vei aplica principii de Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) pentru a crea modele functionale si diagrame tehnice (ex: SysML)
  • Vei lucra cu stakeholderi din R&D si inginerie pentru a asigura trasabilitate, consistenta si scalabilitate in arhitectura de produs
  • Vei contribui la alinierea dintre echipele locale si cele din Germania, avand un rol cheie in claritatea tehnica a proiectului

Ce cautam?

  • Experienta in roluri de System Engineering, Systems Architecture sau Requirement Engineering (minim 3–5 ani)
  • Cunostinte solide despre dezvoltarea de sisteme embedded (software + hardware)
  • Experienta concreta cu MBSE – folosind tool-uri precum SysML, Cameo Systems Modeler, Rhapsody
  • Abilitatea de a gestiona structurat cerinte (DOORS, Polarion sau echivalent)
  • Gandire sistemica, riguroasa si orientata spre solutii scalabile
  • Limba engleza – nivel avansat (colaborare internationala)
  • Limba germana – constituie un avantaj, nu este obligatorie
