. Căutăm o persoană care să se alăture unei echipe tinere, ce transformă experiențele de brand în povești memorabile și momente WOW pentru clienți.

Ce vei face:

  • Vei fi supervizorul suprem al brandului – de la produse si servicii, pana la experiente care fac oamenii sa zambeasca (sau sa planga de emotie).
  • Vei gestiona relatia cu membrii VIP, dezvoltarea portofoliului de abonamente si crearea de activitati noi care impresioneaza.
  • Vei fi magicianul Concierge: vei dezvolta proiecte si servicii care fac viata membrilor mai simpla si mai luxoasa.
  • Vei organiza evenimente memorabile – de la logistica pana la follow-up (aplauzele vin la pachet).
  • Vei fi omul de legatura cu parteneri, furnizori si agentii: vei negocia, vei convinge si, uneori, vei aduce si un zambet.
  • Vei crea continut social media care genereaza like-uri, share-uri si buzz in online.
  • Vei scrie texte si vei realiza materiale vizuale care impresioneaza de la prima vedere.
  • Vei negocia bugete pentru evenimente fara sa transpiri (cel putin, nu vizibil).
  • Vei calatori in tara si in strainatate pentru a duce brandul acolo unde trebuie.
  • Vei dezvolta strategii de comunicare, promovare si vanzare care ii vor face pe altii sa se intrebe: "Cum au reusit?".

Cine esti tu:

  • Vorbesti limba engleza la nivel avansat.
  • Ai permis de conducere – pentru ca uneori brandul trebuie condus si la propriu.
  • Ai cunostinte solide de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint si Word.
  • Ai un master in PR, Marketing sau domenii conexe.
  • Social media nu are secrete pentru tine (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok si altele).
  • Esti proactiv(a), creativ(a), cu spirit antreprenorial si intelegi industria luxului, atat local, cat si international.
  • Comunici si vinzi ca un profesionist (poti vinde gheata unui eschimos si tot el o sa iti multumeasca).
  • Ai abilitati de leadership si comunici clar, coerent si inspirant.
  • Ai 1–2 ani de experienta in domeniul luxului – iar daca ai mai mult, cu atat mai bine.
  • Poti lucra sub presiune si ramai pozitiv(a) (cafeaua este un aliat de nadejde).
