Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement SAP MM projects and change requests in procurement and inventory management.

  • Provide functional support across:

  • Direct and indirect purchasing (Coffee, Non-Food, Services) - Inventory management and valuation

  • Govern and optimize standard MM processes with a Clean Core approach, making well-founded decisions between standard vs. enhancement.

  • Design and optimize process flows using modern technologies such as Fiori, APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Collaborate with SAP and peer organizations to align on innovations and best practices.
  • Contribute to the ongoing transformation of the IT landscape and expansion of SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

Your profile:

  • University degree in IT or a related field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, with end-to-end expertise in P2P, inventory valuation, and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with SAP QM and integration with non-SAP systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Clean Core principles, API-based integration, and role/authorization concepts.
  • Proven experience in process analysis, SAP configuration, and go-live support.
  • Technical affinity: Fiori UX and basic ABAP knowledge for design validation (no development required).
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Fluent English communication.
  • Availability for hybrid work: 2 days/week on-site in Bucharest.
