About the Role

We're looking for a
visionary, strategic, and execution-obsessed
Chief Marketing Officer to lead the charge in building a global brand that redefines what social media can be.

This is an
equity-first role
with
salary beginning post-first funding round
(currently underway). You'll join as part of the
founding leadership team
and play a defining role in shaping our narrative, growth loops, and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve our
    brand narrative
    , positioning, and messaging (Progress Scrolling, Time Earned, Curated Brilliance).
  • Lead and scale the
    creator-led growth flywheel
    , working hand-in-hand with our onboarding, community, and product teams.
  • Architect and execute
    low-cost, high-impact user acquisition
    via organic content, ASO, community referral loops, and creator activations.
  • Translate user and market insights into sharp creative direction, channel strategy, and user segmentation.
  • Build the marketing team from the ground up (creative, performance, content, partnerships).
  • Optimize and scale all core metrics: retention, engagement, referrals, LTV, CAC, k-factor.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Have scaled user acquisition and growth at an early-stage B2C app or social platform.
  • Understand the creator economy deeply — and maybe even play in it yourself.
  • Know how to build both
    brand love
    and
    growth engines
    simultaneously.
  • Have a playbook for ASO, referral systems, and lifecycle marketing — and know when to improvise.
  • Obsess over data
    and
    storytelling.
  • Want your work to actually make the world better — not just addict people faster.
