Machine Learning Engineer – NLP & LLMs

Căutăm un specialist pasionat de procesarea limbajului natural (NLP)
și
Large Language Models (LLMs)
, care să ne ajute să dezvoltăm și să optimizăm modele AI pentru proiectele noastre. Vei avea responsabilitatea de a reantrena modele, a experimenta cu arhitecturi noi și a asigura integrarea lor în aplicații funcționale, scalabile și robuste.

Responsabilități:

  • Re-antrenarea și fine-tuning pentru modele LLM/NLP pe date custom.
  • Dezvoltare de pipeline-uri de antrenare și evaluare (Python, PyTorch / Hugging Face).
  • Integrarea și deploy-ul modelelor (Docker, API, cloud sau on-prem).
  • Monitorizare performanță modele și optimizare continuă.
  • Colaborare cu echipa pentru a transforma cerințele de business în soluții AI concrete.

Cerințe:

  • Experiență solidă în
    Python
    și librării de ML (PyTorch / TensorFlow).
  • Experiență cu
    Hugging Face Transformers
    sau modele similare.
  • Cunoștințe de
    NLP
    : embeddings, fine-tuning, prompting, evaluare metrici.
  • Experiență în deploy modele (Docker, REST API, preferabil și cloud).
  • Cunoștințe de tehnologii web (Flask, PHP, JavaScript)
    pentru integrarea modelelor în aplicații existente.
  • Abilitatea de a lucra independent și de a livra soluții end-to-end.

Nice to have:

  • Experiență cu optimizări (quantization, LoRA, distillation).
  • Experiență în MLOps / CI/CD pentru modele ML.
  • Cunoștințe de computer vision
    (OpenCV, TorchVision, modele CNN/transformers pentru imagini).
  • Background academic în ML/NLP sau contribuții open-source.
