You should have:

·       Strong SQL Server and database skills, plus experience with deployment processes (UAT/Staging/Production);

·       Knowledge of servers & OS basics (IIS, , services, monitoring, scheduling) and backend/frontend fundamentals for cross-layer troubleshooting;

·       Identity & security concepts (SSO, OAuth, LDAP/AD) and solid networking fundamentals;

·       Experience working with APIs (REST, SOAP), data formats (XML/JSON), and testing tools (Postman, Wireshark etc.);

·       Experience with scripting (PowerShell, batch), familiarity with version control, and reporting frameworks;

What will you do:

·      Communicate with functional consultants and end-users to translate business requirements into technical solutions;

·      Identify what can be achieved through standard configuration versus where customization is required;

·      Assess the long-term scalability, maintainability, and impact of proposed solutions on the product;

·      Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures, debug existing code, and optimize performance;

·      Design, modify, and deploy reports to meet client needs using tools such as DevExpress Reporting, SSRS, Crystal, or Power BI;

·      Proactively research and experiment with tools, frameworks, and methods to find creative solutions for system configuration, integration, and automation;

·      Use version control systems to organize and maintain sustainable customizations;

·      Follow coding and documentation standards to ensure maintainability of solutions;

·      Perform deep-dive analysis using logs and profiling tools to trace data flow, diagnose issues, and evaluate code impact;

·      Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems;

·      Deliver presentations and training sessions for colleagues and clients.
