Descrierea postului:

  • Raspunde de activitatea de productie pe liniile din subordine

  • Coordonează o echipă formata din aproximativ 20 de persoane (operatori productie)

  • Alocarea operatorilor la statia de lucru

  • Este responsabil pentru instruirea operatorilor si a operatorilor nou angajati;

  • Se asigura ca la inceput de schimb sau dupa efectuarea change over-ului, instructiunile de lucru sunt la posturile de lucru;

  • Este responsabil de prioritizarea change over-elor in functie de planul de productie;

  • Se asigura de realizarea planului de productie în ceea ce priveste calitatea si cantitatea;

  • Modereaza sedinte la inceput de schimb cu echipa din subordine;

  • Responsabil pentru comandarea materialului in functie de planul de productie;

  • Se asigura de completarea zilnica a fiselor mentenanta.

  • Se asigura de completarea zilnica a formularului de prima piesa (first off).

  • Se asigura ca sunt respectate standardele privind bazele calitatii QB (Quality Basic), standardele de 5S;
