Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the company's database and ensure the safety and security of all the data to prevent unauthorized access and information risk. Support is done on logic support and stakeholder. No data development skills required.
  • Review and approve or reject user access to channel data environment.
  • Provide support on Channel Data Quality issues.
  • Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to stakeholders.

  • Owns the research and data analysis for complex projects; may lead low complexity projects.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform retrospective, and incorporate the learning to continuously improve BI platforms

  • Deliver successful end-to-end technical architecture to meet client's business objectives and BI/Analytics requirements

  • Design relevant ThoughtSpot artifacts (worksheets, searches and pinboards) that will help drive desired end-user experience
  • Establish working relationships with the various Business units

  • Drives projects and implements process changes to meet ongoing business objectives.

Job requirements:

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree
  • 4+ years 'experience in operations
  • Strong communication skills (i.e., written, verbal, presentation)
  • Strong knowledge of process area, experience with process improvement projects and ability to provide suggestions for process improvements
  • DQ Tools: Ataccama DQMS, Informatica DQ, Collibra (basic exposure)
  • Data Platforms: Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake
  • Data Engineering: SQL, PySpark, Python
  • Integration & Automation: Azure Data Factory, Airflow, APIs
  • Visualization & Monitoring: Power BI, ServiceNow (for issue tracking)
  • Governance & Quality Management: Metadata management, data lineage tracking, KPI reporting
