We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Cybersecurity to lead our security operations and ensure compliance with the NIS2 Directive. As a key player in the utilities sector, we are committed to delivering secure and resilient services to the communities we serve.

Your Impact

  • Lead the cybersecurity strategy across IT systems and digital infrastructure.
  • Ensure full compliance with NIS2 requirements, including risk management, incident reporting, and supply chain security.
  • Build and manage a high-performing security team and collaborate across departments.
  • Act as the primary liaison with national authorities and regulators.
  • Drive awareness, training, and resilience across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Oversee incident response planning and execution.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits.
  • Report to senior leadership on cybersecurity posture and compliance.
  • Stay ahead of emerging threats and regulatory changes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership roles (e.g., Security Manager, SOC Lead, Risk Officer).
  • Strong understanding of NIS2, ISO 27001, and critical infrastructure security.
  • Experience in utilities, energy, or regulated sectors is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred.
